SURROGACY IN POLAND
Surrogacy is not clearly regulated by Polish legal system. It is a subject of active discussion in Poland. Majority of society approves surrogacy as a means of overcoming infertility but on the other hand there is an opposition from the church. According to Polish law the woman who gives birth to the baby is the rightful mother of her/him. As to egg donation, it is legal and is a common practice.
